Our professional sales department thinks technically and provides engineering-focused ideas to support your application. They work closely with our engineering and production departments to delivery quality systems to meet customer specifications.

Customer service

We provide installations and maintenance on all Volkmann products. If problems occur we will trouble shoot and then send a technician on site to address the situation when necessary.

Wear and spare parts

All important spare parts such as seals, filters, controls and components etc. are normally available within 24 hours and can be express delivered to your site. If a larger part has to be replaced, then replacement production items are expedited through production with no surcharges, and can often be onsite within a few days.

Rental equipment

We offer some of our vacuum conveyors and product loading stations as weekly rentals to help you bridge production bottlenecks. On request, this rental equipment can be provided with new seals, filters etc., so that after thorough cleaning of the stainless steel surfaces, all contamination can be removed.
